HTML CODE RUNNER

Learning library privacy policy

How this HTML learning library handles browser practice, device storage, contact emails and infrastructure data.

Scope and contact

This policy describes the WordPress learning-library package. The separate main code runner, hosting services and third-party websites may have different practices. Privacy questions can be sent to hello@htmlcoderunner.com.

Practice code and device storage

The learning playground runs edited examples in a sandboxed browser frame. Its preview restricts network requests and form submissions. The package does not include a code-upload endpoint. Avoid entering secrets: browser extensions and software on your device can still access information according to their permissions.

Completion and practice scores use localStorage on your device: hcr-progress, hcr-scores and hcr-challenges. They are not an account transcript or certification. Clear this site’s browser storage to delete them. Downloaded examples remain on your device until you remove them.

Contact by email

Sending an email shares your address, message and attachments with the mailbox operator and mail providers. Send only information needed to address your request. You can ask about access or deletion using the contact email. The package does not impose an automatic mailbox retention period; provider retention and backups must be confirmed with the operator.

Cookies, logs and third parties

No analytics or advertising scripts are included in this learning package. WordPress authentication can use cookies for administrators. Hosting and security infrastructure may process IP addresses, request details and operational logs; the deployment provider determines those settings and retention. See cookies and browser storage.

External links take you to other services. Their policies apply after you follow those links. Public pages and search requests are sent to the website server as needed to serve the site.

Updates

Any deployment that adds analytics, advertising, accounts or new data collection needs an updated policy before those features are enabled. This document describes the supplied learning package rather than promising practices of an unverified hosting provider.
